De plan rectangulaire, cette construction présente sa longue façade au sud, parallèlement mais en retrait de la route de Sauverny. Au-dessus d&#039;un soubassement, elle développe deux étages et un comble, le tout étant abrité sous une toiture à égouts retroussés. La présence des salles de classe est trahie par les larges travées centrales de la façade sud, qui sont encadrées de chaque côté par des travées plus étroites. La maçonnerie est utilisée de manière à faire varier la mise en oeuvre et les couleurs: les chambranles en calcaire blanc contrastent ainsi avec le revêtement en appareil irrégulier de calcaire gris du sous-sol et du rez-de-chaussée, les piédroits multiplient les crossettes et les arcs sont extradossés en escalier. Au-dessus d’un cordon d’étage, les chambranles s’inscrivent sur des murs crépis, animés par les arcs de décharge couronnant les fenêtres du 1er étage. Le principe est repris à l’arrière, sur une façade nord qui est cependant percée uniquement de fenêtres étroites. Le corps de liaison, établi en retrait de la façade sud et au-dessus d’un passage ouvert, est doté d’un porche au rez-de-chaussée (abritait-il à l’origine l’entrée du bâtiment?), tandis qu’il est couvert d’un toit terrasse établi sous l’avant-toit du corps principal. Ses fenêtres à mi-niveau révèlent la présence d’une cage d’escalier.&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/td&gt;&lt;/tr&gt;
